Location: New Radiance (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)

Full-Time Opportunities Available: Our standard operation hours are; Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm , Sunday: Closed.

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is looking for talented, professional, career-minded team members with excellent communication skills. You will work at our sales desk as a Patient Care Coordinator, being the center of patient care sales and scheduling.

This is a SALES opportunity; Upselling, cross-selling, consultive selling, solution selling, social selling, and scheduling are the main functions of this role but the position is not limited to the duties listed in this job advertisement.

Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for:

  • Delivering a dynamic customer experience via phone, text, and email.
  • Scheduling appointments and procedures using scheduling software
  • Initial contact with new prospective clients and existing clients to correctly inform them of services available.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of all services available (Training provided)
  • Qualifying candidates for the proper service/s.

The following skills are required:

  • Accurate and efficient utilization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) and scheduling software - Training Provided.
  • Ability to communicate with prospective patients via phone, email, and text.
  • Answer questions and schedule consultations for our cosmetic services.
  • Ability to assist in in-house marketing campaigns to re-engage current patients or convert consultations
Requirements:
  • High school Diploma/ G.E.D Required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of solid experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Medical office or Aesthetic background is a plus.
  • Must be computer literate ( Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new programs.
  • Electronic scheduling program knowledge, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills for data entry required.
  • Must be very comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound phone calls, answering questions and speaking with current and potential patients. There is absolutely no cold calling.
  • Experience in phone sales is a plus.
